This is in collaboration with “Queen of Herts” bee keepers, “Herts & Middlesex Wildlife Trust” and “Wilderhood Watch” who through volunteering have created a truly unique and beautiful space not only for our guests to enjoy but to nurture and grow the natural ecosystems in our area.

In collaboration with “Pudding Stone Distillery” and our own honey bees, we have created a beautifully sweet and refreshing gin made with the botanicals from our very own garden. This gin has notes of honey, herbs and pairs perfectly with a Mediterranean tonic and a slice of orange.
